Fernwood Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
