Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
