Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Thistle Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
