Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Amberfield Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 820 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts.
