Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Miami with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 647 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
