Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
