Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Beacon Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Jacksonville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
