Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
