Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Minneapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
