Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
