Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Tucson serving students and families, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
