Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Pine Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
