Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Fresno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
