Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Greenridge Ember Property Management looks after rental homes across the Houston area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
