Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Cedar Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Jose, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 788 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
