Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Corner Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Hartford. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
