Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
