Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Care Services provides in-home and community support in El Paso. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
