Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Summit Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Colorado Springs with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
