Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 491 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
