Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Cedar Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across San Jose, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
