Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Cross Civic Services is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
