Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
