Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
