Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
