Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Silverline Junction Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jacksonville, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
