Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Omaha, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
