Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Fernwood Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Austin serving students and families. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
