Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Amberfield Oak Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Salt Lake City working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 306 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
