Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Loom Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
