Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
