Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Stonegate Mill Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
