Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Toledo area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
