Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Silverline Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cleveland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
