Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Bright Community Partners is a Raleigh charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
