Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Harbor Transit Planning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
