Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
