Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Jacksonville design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
