Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Junction Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
