Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
