Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Savannah with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on permits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
