Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
