Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Memphis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
