Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Northwind Granite Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
