Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bluepeak Works is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Birmingham. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 1 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
