Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Cedar Meadow Community Partners is a Nashville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
