Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Westbrook Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Spokane supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
