Northwind Loom Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
