Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
