Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
